I have been craving a good salmon burger so much lately. There is a fast food spot that makes a wicked salmon burger but unfortunately they don’t deliver and I was in no mood to venture outdoors.
I finally decided to indulge myself and make this burger at home. It was so easy and so delicious I couldn’t stop myself from having more. Over the course of two days I had two salmon burgers for lunch, a salmon breakfast sandwich with a fried runny egg and a salmon patty with tossed salad. I would say I got a lot of meals from this recipe.
The best part about this recipe was how easy it was to make, the subtle nuances of herbs, a spicy bite, the welcomed lemony tartness and the fresh greens on a toasted bun. Just Yum!!!
Make this fun Salmon burger for you or the family anytime, its a winner.
