My taco board turned out to be so much fun!

Whether soft or hard shell tacos there’s something for everyone. I know it seems like a lot is going on but rules don’t really apply here. Add anything you want to the board as long as you like it. Kick start your weekend or spice up your average Tuesday with this flavorful, easy and playful Taco Board.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet corn (Pantry Item)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 2 tbsp. Ranch dressing

  • 1 cup Old El Paso Salsa

  • 3/4 cup green sweet pepper (Pantry Item)

  • 1/4 cup diced tomato (Pantry Item)

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage (Pantry Item)

  • 1/4 cup red onions diced (Pantry Items)

  • 6 flour Tortilla’s or hard shells

  • 2 cups cooked ground beef & black bean

Directions

  • Have fun! Seriously this is the best part. If you decided the go with leftovers from your fridge and items in your kitchen its mostly prep then eat.
  • Get a board or a big tray. Cutting board works fine.
  • Separate all your ingredients in different containers or space them out on your board. This allows everyone to make their tacos the way they like
  • Reheat whatever protein you have and add to the board.
  • Let your creativity flow and decorate the board as you like.

Price Range: $2300- $3,000 JMD. I had most of these items at home so it was fairly inexpensive. (Price range based on type of supermarket, brand and season. Does not include taxes and Pantry Items).

Eating in can be easy on the pocket yet just as fun and tasty as dining out.  Enjoy!
