It’s been eight years since I’ve cooked with Balsamic vinegar and I have no idea why it’s been so long. It may have taken awhile to get back here but it’s as good as I remember. It wasn’t drastically different in taste which was comforting yet had a unique tanginess that brought some variety to a normal recipe. Why Braised Balsamic Pork Loin Chop? The last time I cooked with balsamic vinegar I braised drumsticks and they were absolutely delicious. I guess I wanted to try my hand at something new yet easy to prepare. Needless to say I’m winning with both recipes.
